Changes to cigarette poster

Sadly i had to change the original picture of Molboro red cigarettes because the image was not a high enough resolution to have full screened when the short film is played so i decided to make my own image using photo shop. Here is a photo of me editing this photo:
I prefer the original photo but i feel i have managed to construct a decent replacement.

The twist

At the end of my film this poster will Stamp on top of the final shot with a caption over the top saying "Malboro Red... Don't run out."

Initial story board

The Initial story line starts with Chris (Character 1) being relaxed watching TV, he then receives a text, looks surprised/worried and runs out the house. Chris speeds of to pick up Jack (Character 2 who texts Chris), tension builds. Once picked up Jack and Chris drive of and pull into a petrol garage where jack gets out and comes back with a cream egg and this is where the audience realise all the tension and dis-equilibrium was over a cream egg.
At first I felt this story-line was good, then after some analysis from me and the cast we decided to develop on this story line. We have decided to use our theme of a misconception and expand on it contrasting thriller/action to comedy. We decided to change the initial idea of having the cream egg as the desired object to a packet of cigarettes so that we could then convert the short film into an advert for cigarettes as a quirky twist of comedy to the previously serious action/ thriller. A rough idea of what the adverts slogan would be : " Molboro red,.... Don't run out!"
